Growth doesn’t always come with fireworks or fanfare.
Sometimes, it comes as discomfort. Awkwardness. Resistance.

These are signs you’re growing. They might not look glamorous, but they’re powerful.

Thought Key
When discomfort creeps in, notice the story you’re telling yourself. Try shifting from “This is hard” to “This is helping me grow.”
