Meet the Founder

I’m Laura Shaw Allen, Founder of Positivity Keys and author of Your Life’s Heartbeat.
My work is shaped by lived recalibration, not theory. I’ve navigated divorce, single parenthood, career reinvention, leadership roles, illness, and profound identity shifts. I am also a two-time breast cancer survivor.
Through each of these seasons, I learned something essential:
Transformation is not forced forward.
It is a return inward — with clarity and structure.
With more than 25 years of leadership experience, decades of personal development study, and a deep commitment to emotional integrity, I created the Positivity Keys framework to make growth sustainable — not overwhelming.
